In 2023, Positive Horizons Care and Services was founded on the desire to provide person-centered care, to persons who require support including people living with disabilities, who have been waiting for essential support and services to enhance their lives.
We provide empathetic, compassionate, person-centred care directly to persons in their homes and collaborate with other organizations to expand our services.
Our services encompass respite care, companionship, excursions, medical appointments, shopping, and reading programs. We also offer genealogical services to help persons connect with unknown family members. Our goal is to deliver comprehensive care, conveniently available at your doorstep.
